About Don Norman
Don Norman is a co-founder of the Nielsen Norman Group and former VP of Advanced Technology at Apple. He is widely known for his book The Design of Everyday Things, which laid the groundwork for human-centered design and usability. He has served as director of the Design Lab at the University of California, San Diego, and his work spans cognitive science, usability, and design thinking. He is a strong advocate for design that serves people and is understandable, usable, and enjoyable.
